FULL RULES
1. Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence. Employees, representatives, agents, immediate family members of employees, representatives, agents and persons domiciled with employees, representatives, and agents of Netgraphe and all its properties including but not limited to CANOE.ca & CANOE.qc.ca (herein referred to as "CANOE") and exitnow.ca (collectively, "Sponsors") and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on December 6, 2004 and closes at 11:59 PM ET on January 5th, 2005 (the "Entry Period"). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. To enter the Contest, you must have a Flirt Member ID. In order to obtain a Flirt Member ID, you must fully complete a Flirt Profile. If you are an existing member and have a member ID already, you must modify and update your current profile to qualify. If you add a photo to your profile, you will double your chances at winning (each photo maximum file size of 500 K). To register with flirt or modify your profile, go to www.flirt.canoe.ca. Limit of one online entry/registration per person/dwelling/e-mail address. Any multiple entries will result in disqualification. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. You must provide all necessary information required in filling/modifying your profile in order for your entry to be eligible. We require your name, email address, and your postal code. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsors for lost, late or misdirected, entries or for any computer online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries will only be accepted online. No Entries will be accepted by any other means, including but not limited to regular postal mail. By entering this contest you acknowledge these rules and agree to abide by them.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND INFORMATION
a. On or around January 5th in Toronto, one entrant will be selected randomly as the potential grand prize winner and three selected entrants as potential runner-up winners. Contest administrator will select the random winners by a computer generated system. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. THE SELECTED ENTRANTS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND MUST RESPOND WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF NOTIFICATION. Upon notification, the selected entrants must respond by telephone to the contact number provided in the notification. CANOE and exit.ca are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of selected entrants to receive notification or for Sponsors to receive selected entrants' response. Only selected entrants will be notified. If the selected entrants do not respond in accordance with the Contest Rules or the selected entrants do not comply with the Contest Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another entrant will be selected by the contest administrator. In order to be declared an official winner, the selected entrants will be required to answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question by phone call.

b. The grand prize selected entrant and their guest will be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the prize as offered and (i) releasing the CANOE and exit.ca and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees directors, officers, suppliers, agents, sponsors and administrators from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this Contest or participating in any prize-related activity or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation costs injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom and (ii) granting CANOE and exit.ca unrestricted rights, in their collective or individual discretion, to publish without any further compensation the name, picture, portrait, likeness, voice and ideas of that entrant for advertising and promotional purposes. The agreement and release must be returned within two business days of the notification date indicated on the documents or the selected entrant will be disqualified and the prize forfeited. The travel guest of the winner will also be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form within the time period specified on the documents or the Prize package may be forfeited. Prize packages will be distributed and arranged by exit.ca upon receipt of the Declaration and Release Form.

d. The names of the winners will be posted on www.canoe.ca/Contests/Flirt/Tantalize/home.html on January 10th, 2004.

4. PRIZING
There will one trip to be won which consists of an all-inclusive week for two adults in Mayan Riviera, Mexico at the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort (41/2 stars). This all-inclusive package includes return airfare to Cancun from the available and nearest departure city* of the winner's home (economy class), seven (7) night accommodation in standard room, double occupancy and 3 buffet meals daily plus snacks, 2 a la carte dinners, unlimited house wine, domestic beer and drinks, and some daily and nightly activities (conditions apply). Travel must be completed by April 30,2005. Black out dates December 15, 2004 to December 30, 2004 and February 23, 2005 to March 22, 2005 and some restrictions may apply. Reservation is subject to availability of air and hotel and must be done 30 days or more prior to departure date. Total prize package approximate retail value is $4,500.00. All terms and conditions of the supplier with whom the trip is booked apply. Departures possible from Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Halifax or Ottawa (subject to change without notice). The winner is responsible for taxes and services fees of around $177.00 per person (may vary according to departure city and subject to change without further notice) which must be paid at the time of the reservation. Once trip is booked, all dates and details are final, no changes or delays can be made to any or all portions of this trip. Winner must respect all validity dates, no extensions permitted. Winner is solely responsible for ground transfers to and from the winner's residence and designated airport, missed flights or connections and any extra charges not otherwise indicated in prize description. Winner may be required to provide a valid credit card upon check-in at the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort as security for any potential room charges not stated within the prize description. It is strongly encouraged and the full responsibility of the winner and guest to buy travel insurance and acquire all necessary travel documents (passport, visa, etc). All departure taxes, optional travel insurance, items of a personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the responsibility of the winner. If confirmed goods or Services are no longer available (cancel, "Act of God" or any other force situation) prior to the reservation date or prior to the departure date, exitnow.ca reserves the right to substitute them for comparable goods or Services. The winner must accept any alternative proposed if this happens. Grand Prize winner will also receive a mini-gift basket with an assortment of gifts provided by our listed suppliers. Approximate retail value $250.

There are three runner-up prize packages to be won. Each prize package is approximately worth $300.

Prize package must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale, has no cash surrender value. CANOE and exitnow.ca (the "Sponsors") reserve the right, in the event that the prize package or any component of the prize package cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize package or component of the prize package of equal or greater value, without liability.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a. All Entries become the property of CANOE and entrants agree to have their name and photo published.

b. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

c. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

d. Winners agree to allow the use of their name, voice, and photo for promotional purposes.

6. By entering the Contest, Entrant: (a) releases and holds harmless Sponsors and Administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this Contest, or participating in any prize-related activity; and (b) agrees to fully indemnify Sponsors and Administrators and their respective directors, officers, employees, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, sponsors and agents from any and all claims by third parties without limitation.

7. By entering this Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Contest Rules, which will be posted at http://www.canoe.ca/Flirt/SensesContest/ throughout the Contest. Entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of the contest administrator, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

8. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors and Administrators which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, CANOE and exitnow.ca reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.

9. By entering the contest, Entrant agrees to (a) CANOE's use of Entrant's personal information for the purposes of administering this Contest and, unless otherwise specified, for market and consumer research purposes; (b) disclosure of the entrant's personal information on this entry form to third parties within the CANOE Network; and (c) canoe.ca use of entrant's personal information as described in CANOE's Privacy Policy at: http://www.canoe.ca/Help/privacy.html. To the extent that CANOE, as one of the Sponsors, collects, uses and discloses to third parties your personal information, it will do so only for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes.

10. These are the official Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors.
